Return Policy

If for any reason clients are not satisfied with an order, the item(s) can be returned within 14 days for size/colour exchange or refund..

Request the Return Authorization Number (RAN) by sending an e-mail to within 14 days from the receipt of the order, specifying if you want to proceed with a refund, a size change, or with the creation of a voucher that can be used on our eshop, with the same value as the amount spent.
Our customer service team will assist you in organizing the return.

Once we receive your return request, send the customer a written confirmation containing the Return Authorization Number (RAN).


The shipping and other possible costs from foreign countries are charged on the customer. The return from foreign countries can be done with any courier the customer wants.

Clients can choose between three compensation options:

Refund : Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted. For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available to customers in roughly 14 days and within their next billing statement. Processing time may vary depending on the credit card company. Orders paid by Paypal or by bank transfer will be refunded to the original account. The refund will be partial for returns in the purchase of which the shipping cost has been counted, will therefore take into account the deduction of the shipping costs of the trip due to us.

We DON'T accept cancellation or return of orders for items on request to the Companies.

Return Conditions

Returns must arrive within 14 days of receiving the RAN The Security Tag must still be intact and attached to returned items.

Item(s) must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use. Soles of footwear must be in perfect condition and must not be marked in any way. Items must be returned with all original tags, packaging and other accessories (dustbags, garment covers etc.) received with the order.

Shoes and other accessories must be returned with their original boxes, which must not be damaged and/or altered or used as the external parcel for the shipment.

Returns must be sent in the BORGHINICLASSIC.COM box .

In case of defective or incorrect merchandise, clients must follow the instructions above. reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return for full reimbursement of shipping and import fees. reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent with the same courier as specified in the email detailing the return instructions.

If an unauthorized return is accepted, will deduct a 10% administrative/re-stocking fee from the refund. will not accept returned merchandise that does not follow the terms and conditions of the returns policy. Such items will remain available to customers stored in our warehouse.

If the customer receives defective goods or errors occur in shipments by BORGHINICLASSIC.COM, it is required to follow the same instructions above.

BORGHINICLASSIC.COM reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods and bear the shipping costs for the return of the goods to its premises.

BORGHINICLASSIC.COM reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized or sent by couriers other than that indicated in the email with the return instructions. However, the acceptance of such returns involves a charge equal to 10% of the value of the returned goods. BORGHINICLASSIC.COM will not accept returned goods if the return does not comply with all the terms and conditions provided for in the return policy. In these cases, the goods will remain available to the customer at our warehouses.
