Return Policy
Request the Return Authorization Number (R.A.N) by sending an e-mail to info@borghiniclassic.com/eshop within 14 days by the receiving of the order, specifying if you want to proceed with a refund, a size change, or with the creation of a voucher that can be used on our eshop, with the same value as the amount spent.

Our customer service team will assist you in organizing the return.

Once we receive your return request, borghiniclassic.com/eshop send the customer a written confirmation containing the Return Authorization Number (RAN).

Return

The return of the product for a size exchange is free only if made from Italy. For all other types of returns, or for returns made from the rest of the world, the shipping costs and any additional fees are the responsibility of the customer, who can choose the courier of their preference.


The customer has the option to choose one of the following forms of compensation:

Exchange of goods.
A voucher to be used on our e-shop.
A refund of the item's cost.

Please note that the free return in Italy is applicable exclusively for size exchanges. For any other type of return, or for returns made from abroad, the following shipping costs will be applied: 10€ for Italy, 30€ for European Union countries, and 45€ for the rest of the world.

Furthermore, if the customer has benefited from free shipping for the purchase of the product and decides to make a return for reasons other than a size exchange, the originally waived shipping costs will be deducted from the refund or the value of the voucher. This applies to all returns, both in Italy and abroad.

We DON'T accept cancellation or return of orders for items on request to the Companies.

Return Conditions

Returns must arrive within 14 days of receiving the R.A.N. The Security Tag must still be intact and attached to returned items.

Item(s) must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use. Soles of footwear must be in perfect condition and must not be marked in any way. Items must be returned with all original tags, packaging and other accessories (dustbags, garment covers etc.) received with the order.

Shoes and other accessories must be returned with their original boxes, which must not be damaged and/or altered or used as the external parcel for the shipment.

Returns must be send in the BORGHINICLASSIC.COM box.

In the case of defective or incorrect merchandise, clients must follow the instructions above. borghiniclassic.com/eshop reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return for full reimbursement of shipping and import fees.

Borghiniclassic.com/eshop reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent with the same courier as specified in the email detailing the return instructions.

If an unauthorized return is accepted, borghiniclassic.com/eshop will deduct a 10% administrative/re-stocking fee from the refund. borghiniclassic.com/eshop will not accept returned merchandised that does not follow the terms and conditions of the returns policy. Such items will remain available to customers stored in our warehouse.

If the customer receives defective goods or errors occur in shipments by BORGHINICLASSIC.COM, it is required to follow the same instructions above.

BORGHINICLASSIC.COM reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods and bear the shipping costs for the return of the goods to its premises.

BORGHINICLASSIC.COM reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized or sent by couriers other than that indicated in the email with the return instructions. However, the acceptance of such returns involves a charge equal to 10% of the value of the returned goods. BORGHINICLASSIC.COM will not accept returned goods if the return does not comply with all the terms and conditions provided for in the return policy. In these cases, the goods will remain available to the customer at our warehouses.
