All prices indicated are expressed in Euros and are inclusive of VAT. The final invoice is expressed in euros €. For non-EEC purchases, the online amounts are already without VAT, which will therefore not appear at the time of payment. Credit card or PayPal charges may vary slightly based on currency fluctuations and bank fees. The transmission of payment information takes place using the highest security standard and is guaranteed by VeriSign.
You can choose between various payment methods:
Credit card : all orders placed by credit card are guaranteed by the online banking system provided by Banca Valsabbina. For further information, please consult the website: www.bancavalsabbina.com. The accepted credit cards are: Visa, Mastercard and American Express. If there are sufficient funds and the information provided is valid, the order will be processed immediately. Credit cards are charged when the order is confirmed.
PayPal : borghiniclassic.com/eshop accepts payments from PayPal accounts and reserves the right to process orders only if sent to the same address to which the PayPal account is registered and verified.
Bank Transfer : by choosing payment by bank transfer, at the conclusion of the order the customer automatically receives a confirmation email containing the bank details of borghiniclassic.com/eshop. The customer is required to send a copy of the payment by FAX or by e-mail within 48 hours of receiving the order confirmation, following which the goods are set aside pending the arrival of the bank transfer to the account. If within this period borghiniclassic.com/eshop does not receive the copy of the payment, it will cancel the order. We will ship the order when the transfer has reached our bank account and as soon as the goods are available in our warehouse.
Cash on delivery (valid only in Italy) : by choosing this method, the customer can also pay on delivery, once the products have been selected and the cart completed, he can proceed to confirm the order and select the "Cash on delivery" payment method. The Cash on Delivery payment option is only possible with cash for a maximum amount of €999.00 . Cash on delivery has an additional management cost imposed by the logistics carrier of € 10. If the selected items have different delivery dates, the shipping period of the entire order will refer to that of the item with delivery scheduled in longer times.
Virtual Gift Cards :
Virtual Gift Cards are only available online at BORGHINICLASSIC.COM
The Virtual Gift Card cannot be used to purchase another Virtual Gift Card and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit. The customer can request a refund within 14 days of the purchase only if the Virtual Gift Card has not been used. Items purchased with the Virtual Gift Card can be returned, the amount relating to the returned goods will be credited to the Virtual Gift Card.
The Virtual Gift Card codes cannot be combined with other codes, therefore you cannot use more than one Virtual Gift Card to purchase an item.
The Virtual Gift Card can be paid for by Credit Card, Paypal and Bank Transfer but not with Cash on Delivery.
The Virtual Gift Card can be used for one or more orders and can also be used for orders with values greater than the Virtual Gift Card.
BORGHINICLASSIC.COM reserves the right to cancel or block the Virtual Gift Card for valid reasons.
